The client had just promoted a team of line personnel into managerial roles. The new managers had to assume responsibility for the success of former peers, many of whom had competed for the positions now held by others. Following a combination of group training sessions and one-on-one coaching, the new managers were able to successfully transition into their new roles and get the most from their teams. Custom workshop material ensured new managers the ability to readily reference key concepts and incorporate concepts into practice.
Following a cut-over to Office 365, the client took the opportunity to update training and on-boarding initiatives. Opting for online solutions that leveraged interactive e-learning platforms, the client was able to increase course offerings and streamline course delivery resulting in an improved learning environment and broadened skills sets across the organization.
The fusion of two corporate cultures required a client response of end-to-end training and development overhaul. Subject matter expert collaboration led to new training content authoring and course creation, from initiation of standardized storyboard templates through production of engaging training videos.

In response to declining revenue experienced by many in their industry, the client embarked on a business transformation involving the further monetizing of their primary asset - education. In a pilot initiative, classroom degree programs were streamlined into online certificate programs using asynchronous course delivery on e-learning platforms. The pilot was so successful, the initiative was rolled out institution-wide, expanding the client's reach from local to global.
